As part of the local tourist board's campaign to weed out unscrupulous and suspicious businesses, they sent their top investigator to go undercover and play tourist. "Shanna" was the busty "out of towner" that these scummy operators loved to attract, and she soon was being showered with plenty of attention. Running with the opportunities "she" was given, "she" exploited their, ahem, lack of diligence and protocol. Needless to say, a few weeks later when, sent out in a different guise to check to see if anything changed, things were radically different-some vendors were completely replaced, and those that remained absolutely overhauled their ways. Sighing inwardly, it was good to know that the undercover efforts had brought about tangible changes; even more money would soon be flowing in!
Now, it was time to enjoy this fact, especially given that a fantastic disguise was being worn. Hey, being a vital part of the tourism board did mean you were entitled to some perks!
